Shennandoah Goodson started her marketing career in high school working as a copywriter for various dealerships in her hometown. In the 20 years since, her duties have evolved to include a variety of strategic marketing, business development, and organizational development roles for companies ranging from construction project management firms to book publishers. Shennandoah is passionate about education and regularly speaks on marketing, BD, and organizational development for a variety of organizations including SXSW Interactive, SMPS, CREW, the Writer’s League of Texas, and many more.
Shennandoah recently completed her M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of the Incarnate Word and currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Connor Creative Company. As Director, Shennandoah is responsible for providing branding, marketing, and business development support for the Connor Creative brand while also providing client facing services in the realm of branding and marketing strategy, messaging/copywriting, and digital media.
When she isn’t working, Shennandoah loves gardening, puzzles, tracing her family tree, billiards, and fitness. Shennandoah is an amateur photographer, and her favorite subject to photograph is her 14-year-old daughter who is a competitive English rider and accomplished artist.
