Session II: Take it From the Pros

A business developer is known for their ability to talk to anyone, gather information, make friends and find work. While personality does play a part, there are fundamental skills that anyone, even introverts, can acquire. This session will deliver a group of seasoned business developers ready to answer questions in a speed “dating” setting, giving each attendee the opportunity to visit with up to three of the pros in small round table discussions. This group of professionals will bring insights focused on the doer-seller model, strategic teaming, transitioning from marketing to BD, and what it’s like to be the boss and actively do BD. Each participant will get to select up to three discussion topics they wish to participate in.
