Led by: Leslie Kuhn, Pfluger Architects Photographs are two-dimensional depictions of three-dimensional subjects. The translation rarely looks as good as the original. This session will teach you an efficient workflow as well as tips and tricks on how to edit images non-destructively. When you sign up for the course, please EMAIL one headshot and one project photo that you would like to work on along with a short description of what you are trying to achieve with each to Christopher Martinez and Leslie Kuhn.
SMPS San Antonio is excited to offer a new, six-part Adobe Creative Suite workshop series to help hone your skills working with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. During the course of the series, you will by guided step-by-step through creating a new statement of qualification template for future pursuits. Each 90-minute session will focus on a specific element of the template such as how to retouch your project photos and staff headshots in Photoshop, how to create graphics in Illustrator to better communicate data, how to make the most of InDesign’s auto-populating features, and how to combine different typefaces like a designer.
Breakfast food and drink items (coffee, donuts, fruit, tacos, orange juice, etc.) will be provided. The session format will be part demonstration and part hands-on exercises. Attendees are required to bring their own computer with the required software installed. SMPS will be able provide a limited number of computers for those attendees who are unable to supply their own. If you would like to reserve one of the SMPS computers, please contact Chris Martinez at firstname.lastname@example.org.
