Linda has been passionate about design and architecture since discovering Paolo Soleri's book, Arcology: The City in the Image of Man, at age 15. With a solid background in communications and marketing, she has worked in the A/E/C industry for more than 30 years, serving as Marketing Director with firms in Boston, Kuwait, Cleveland, Boulder and San Antonio. She is currently the Director of Marketing for LNV Inc., a consulting firm comprised of architectural, engineering and construction experts who develop solutions for public and private sector clients.
A member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services since 1984, Linda is the recipient of several national and local SMPS communications awards. A designated Fellow and Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM), she brings a keen understanding of all marketing functions and best practices within the broader context of firm-wide operations. She is currently President Elect for the San Antonio Chapter, and has served as president of both the Boston and Northeast Ohio SMPS chapters.
Linda is passionate about education for design professionals and marketers alike and served on the SMPS National Certification Committee from 1998 to 2011. She has conducted numerous programs aimed at educating design professionals at Build Boston, the Boston Society of Architects, University of Massachusetts Graduate School of Business, and numerous in-house training programs.
Linda lives with her husband David, a commercial interiors and graphic designer, and her four cats, Lola, Griffon, Luna and Otis. She enjoys traveling, reading, art and music.
