Q: Do I have to be a member of SMPS to submit an entry for the MCAs?

A: No, you do not have to be a member of SMPS to enter.

May I submit more than one entry?

A: You may submit up to three entries. If submitting multiple entries, you will need to complete the submission requirements for each entry, including the required entry fee. A discounted rate is applied for multiple entries. See Submission Requirements for details.

Is there a cost to enter?

A: Yes. Please refer to this page to determine the applicable entry fee for your firm.

Should I provide a physical copy of my materials?

A: No, all materials should be submitted digitally using the submissions slides.

What happens if I don't meet all the submittal requirements?

A: Entries that fail to follow submittal requirements will be penalized and could be disqualified. Jurors’ decisions are final.

What is the criteria for judging my entry?

How will I know if my entry wins?

A: Winning entries will announced the 2019 Evening of Excellence hosted on August 8, 2019 at the Doseum. Participating firms are strongly encouraged to send at least one representative to the event to capitalize on exposure at the SMPS Awards program. If unable to attend, the contact person provided on your entry form will be notified of the award by email.
